I woke up the other morning in a wondering state of mind.

I was traveling that day, and as I finished packing my bag for my trip, I wondered whether the rain would cause mudslides and/or flooding that would create even more problems for my town, which is still in a recovering state of mind. Sure enough, they did.

It was super early when I arrived at the airport, which was already packed. The faces of the people going to and fro captured my attention. I watched as they walked by and I wondered about their lives. I wondered about their stories.
