Grief can be accessible, personal, and maybe even fun! Young adults today are shifting the narrative surrounding grief. They are turning negative emotions into strength and opportunities for growth.

Through a virtual dinner party, participants candidly share their journey with others around their age who also experienced losing a loved one. Instead of a sense of discomfort, participants experience empathy and resilience in this novel setting.

So far, over 13,000 individuals going through grief have participated in The Dinner Party. The organization also offers training for those who want to become party hosts. We encourage you to share this innovative way of grieving with others. Let’s move humanity forward together!
