“If you are reading these words right now, then I have died.”

Those were 42-year-old psychologist Sarah Mendel's words in a final video posted online after her passing. Mandel, a wife and mother of two young daughters, created the video upon learning that she had little time left in her fight against Stage 4 breast cancer, which she had been battling since 2017.
