Octogenarians
A new study in The Journal of Neuroscience focusing on octogenarians from Chicago is bolstering our understanding that exercise is one of our best bets to protecting our brains as we age. This study adds "to growing evidence that when we move our bodies, we change our minds, no matter how advanced our age."
