Prayers of the Week

Inclusive prayers to provide hope, inspiration and positivity all week long

Prayer of the Week

Dear God,

In a world where it's easy to sink into darkness and despair, give me the hope and strength to find the love, the joy, and all the good that life has to offer. Remind me that my purpose is bigger than myself and keep me on the path to building a more compassionate world.

Amen.

Prayer of the Week

Dear God,

Give me the strength to be calm, even in the face of stress or adversity. Help me remember that it all starts with me and that I have the power to be an "air traffic controller" and source of comfort for those around me.

Amen.

Prayer of the Week

Dear God,

Help me to stay hopeful in turbulent times. Give me the vision and discipline to find a sacred space that allows me to connect with myself and, from there, with others. Remind me that I am invaluable, that I am lovable, and that my light is desperately needed in this world.

Amen.

Prayer of the Week

Dear God,

In a life that's so uncertain, help me ground myself in my relationship with you. Help me believe that thanks to you, I'm safe and have everything I need already within me.

Amen.

Prayer of the Week

Dear God,

As we enter this new season of life, may we all ask ourselves what dreams we want to realize. May we approach our precious lives with a blank canvas and only fill it with what matters most.

Amen.

Prayer of the Week

Dear God,

During this time of reflection and celebration, let me find hope for our future. Show me the light of hope that lies ahead. Give me the eyes to see a beautiful future and the strength to create it.

Amen.

Prayer of the Week

Dear God,

Help me to be a compassionate and wise mother to my children every single day. Help me to be an agent of change for good and give me the strength to support and love those around me without judgment. In this complicated world, help me to be brave and to inspire others to be the same.

Amen.

Dear God,

Please forgive us for the culture of hate that we’ve sown into this land. May we rise above it. May those of us who are good, honest, hard-working people say “not on my watch.” May we commit ourselves to a new chapter and start writing it together.

Amen.

Prayer of the Week

Dear God,

May we never forget how much we need each other. After all, we are connected through your creation. Let us not be afraid to talk, to laugh, to cry, and to share stories and our lives with each other.

Amen.

Prayer of the Week

Dear God,

Please help me remember that this life you’ve given us doesn’t come devoid of pain. Help me work through the hard times and find ways to see the light in myself and others.

Amen.
