Please help us carry on amidst all the discomfort, find ways to push through our collective pain, and do whatever we can to help move one another and humanity forward.

Please give us the strength to empathize with those who are suffering, while also holding space for ourselves to feel deeply and process everything going on in the world right now. May we strive for peace in our hearts and minds and believe that common humanity will prevail.

As I celebrate my birthday, I humbly ask for the strength and wisdom to live a wildly authentic and deeply meaningful life, and the compassion to be of service and move humanity forward. May I always remember the gift of life and be a hero of my own story, grateful for the borrowed time I've been granted.
