Happy New Year, my friends! It’s great to be back in community with you as we set forth into 2024.

How was your Christmas and holiday week? Did you get time off, or did you work around the clock? Were you able to take a break, or was it all just a whirlwind? I hope you got some time to relax and recharge, but no matter what your experience was, let’s take a moment now to reset together.

Today we stand at the start of a new year. And as we stand at this starting line, we have more than just a new year in front of us. We also have the opportunity for a new beginning for ourselves. We get to decide who we want to be in the days, weeks, and months ahead.
