Competing in a Tough Mudder, a grueling obstacle course along an over ten-mile run, is difficult for anyone, but nothing is holding Mildred Wilson back! The 82-year-old lost her husband during the pandemic and decided to honor him by getting active and doing the race with her son. Watch as Mildred reminds us that our age does not define us, how we live does. What an Inspiration!
