Where do I find you this summer morning? Sitting under a massive oak tree? Sipping your coffee or tea in a special place in your home? Maybe a candle is burning. Maybe a bird is chirping. Maybe you are on your way to work, or perhaps you are caring for a child or an ailing parent. Wherever I find you, know that I am grateful that you are taking a moment to be with me—to be with us—at this moment.

I begin today with this lovely quote sent to me by one of my teachers in stillness, Bob Roth. Every day, no matter what, Bob sends me poems and quotes to meditate on and think about. I loved the one below, particularly the last line.
