How are you doing this summer morning?
Are you one of the millions of people sweltering in the summer heat? Are you one of the millions of people who feel beside yourself about your presidential choices? Or maybe you’ve blissfully tuned out and are knee-deep in something else in life that’s commanding your full attention.
Today we’re just a few days before the July 4th holiday. I thought what might benefit us all in this moment is an exercise we can do with friends and/or family to take our minds off the noise and bring us closer to what truly matters in our relationships.
